摘 要:以Ni-Mo-W复合氧化物和分子筛为原料制备了非负载加氢改质催化剂,研究不同温度下四氢萘在该催化剂上反应的产物分布。结果表明:四氢萘在Ni-Mo-W非负载催化剂上加氢开环是一个单分子反应和双分子反应并行的反应过程。低温度有利于烷基化反应,高温促进脱氢反应,较低和较高温度都会促进双分子反应。在一定范围内升高温度能够促进单分子反应,有利于异构化和开环,但温度持续升高则会抑制加氢过程并且脱氢反应加剧,二次裂化的程度也加剧。温度为320~340℃时单分子反应过程选择性最高,催化剂异构化和选择性开环性能相对较高,二次裂化选择性相对较低,脱氢生成的稠环芳烃所占比例最小。Unsupported catalysts were prepared by mixing Ni-Mo-W composite oxides and molecular sieves,the products distribution of tetralin on the catalystsat different temperatureswas studied.The results showed thathydrogenation ring-opening of tetralin on Ni-Mo-W unsupported catalyst was a parallel reaction process of monomolecular reaction and bimolecular reaction.Low temperature was favorable for alkylation.High temperatures promoted dehydrogenation.Both lower and higher temperatures promoted bimolecular reactions.However,if the temperature continued to rise,the hydrogenation process was inhibited and the dehydrogenation reaction was intensified,and the degree of secondary cracking wasintensified.When the temperature was between 320 ℃ and 340 ℃,the selectivity of single molecule reaction was the highest,the isomerization and selective ring-opening of catalyst were relatively higher,the selectivity of secondary cracking was relatively lower,and the proportion of dense aromatic hydrocarbons was the smallest.
