气井井筒解堵剂溶垢性能指标建立与应用

摘  要:针对气井井筒解堵剂对不同垢样缺乏针对性评价标准,导致无法判断药剂推广到其他气田能否平稳增产的问题,基于现有溶垢标准,开展了气井井筒解堵剂溶垢性能指标及其最低界限研究。确立了饱和溶垢量、溶垢率、溶垢速率为解堵剂溶垢指标,饱和溶垢量可指导现场药剂加量设计,溶垢率、溶垢速率用于解堵剂类型优选。分别评价参比液对碳酸钙、二氧化硅、硫化亚铁、硫酸钡等垢样溶垢性能发现,不同垢样的参比液饱和溶垢量分别为47.5、7.5、25.0、12.5 kg·m^(-3),溶垢率界限分别为95%、15%、50%和25%。针对最常见的碳酸盐垢样,在药剂与垢样比值为20 mL·g^(-1)条件下,溶垢速率界限为0.005 g·min^(-1)。在陕45井依据以上指标筛选药剂,符合指标的药剂解堵效果显著,使油套压降低到1 MPa,日增产气量达到8×10~4m^(3),显著提高了单井产量,实现了平稳增产。Aiming at the lack of targeted evaluation standards of gas wellbore plugging removers on different scale samples,which makes it impossible to judge whether the agents can be promoted to other gas fields to increase production smoothly,the research on the performance indexes of gas wellbore plugging removers performance and their minimum boundaries was carried out based on the existing scale dissolution standards.The saturated scale dissolving amount,scale dissolving ratio and scale dissolving rate were established as the indicators of scale dissolution of plugging remover,and the saturated dissolution amount can guide the design of on-site chemical dosage,while the dissolution ratio and dissolution rate are used for the optimization of plugging agent types.Separate evaluation of the reference solution on calcium carbonate,silica,ferrous sulfide,barium sulfate and other scale samples dissolution performance showed that the saturated dissolution amount of the reference solution for different scale samples were 47.5 kg·m^(-3),7.5 kg·m^(-3),25 kg·m^(-3) and 12.5 kg·m^(-3),respectively,and the boundaries of the dissolution ratio were 95%,15%,50%and 25%.For the most common carbonate scale samples,under the condition that the ratio of agent to scale sample was 20 ml·g^(-1),the limit of scale dissolution rate was0.005 g·min^(-1).In Shan 45wells,the agents were screened according to the above indexes,and those agents that met the indexes were effective in removing the plugs,reducing the oil jacket pressure to 1MPa,increasing the daily gas production up to 8×10~4m^(3),and significantly increasing the single-well yield,realizing a smooth increase in production.
