摘  要:介绍了相变材料的分类以及各类材料的优缺点,综述了光热转换相变微胶囊的制备方法以及其在纺织品上的应用情况。以石蜡为代表的固-液相变材料在纺织领域应用最为广泛。光热转换相变微胶囊的制备方法有3种,其中制备光热转换壁材的应用较多;复合相变织物的制备多采用纺丝法、填充法和后整理法。指出优化光热转换相变微胶囊的制备工艺,提高复合相变织物的光热转换效率、耐久性、蓄热调温能力、舒适性,拓宽光热转换相变微胶囊在纺织品上的应用是未来的重要研究方向。The classification of phase change materials and the advantages and disadvantages of each type of materials were introduced,and the preparation methods of photothermal conversion phase change microcapsules were reviewed,as well as their applications in textiles.Solid-liquid phase change materials represented by paraffin wax are most widely used in the textile field;there are three preparation methods of photothermal conversion phase change microcapsules,among which the preparation of photothermal conversion wall materials is more widely used;the preparation of composite phase change fabrics mostly adopts spinning method,filling method and finishing method.It is pointed out that the optimization of the preparation process of photothermal conversion phase change microcapsules,the improvement of the photothermal conversion efficiency,durability,heat storage and temperature regulation ability,comfort of composite phase change fabrics,and the broadening of application of photothermal conversion phase change microcapsules in textiles are the important research directions in the future.
