石脑油与拔头油单独裂解及协同共裂解制乙烯技术研究

摘  要:采用美国KBR公司的BSPA-Ⅰ乙烯裂解评价实验装置,分别对石脑油和拔头油单独裂解的目的产物收率及石脑油和拔头油按不同比例混合协同共裂解的目的产物收率进行优化和对比实验研究。石脑油在优化的裂解工艺条件下,乙烯、丙烯、1,3-丁二烯和C_(5)及C_(5+)液相收率分别为29.11%、14.38%、5.08%、24.66%;拔头油在优化的裂解工艺条件下,乙烯、丙烯、1,3-丁二烯和C_(5)及C_(5+)液相收率分别为34.28%、15.71%、4.59%、13.58%。拔头油掺入比例80%时,乙烯收率最高达到32.52%,分别高出石脑油和拔头油单独裂解3.40个百分点和0.26个百分点。石脑油和拔头油混合共裂解协同效应要得到较充分发挥,拔头油掺入比例不低于30%、尽量大于70%。在实验研究得到的优化的石脑油和拔头油协同共裂解工艺条件和合适的掺混比例下,乙烯收率高于石脑油和拔头油单独裂解乙烯收率,研究结论可以用于指导乙烯裂解装置进行原料优化,以提高装置效益。Using the BSPA-I ethylene cracking evaluation test facility of American KBR,the desired product yield of cracking naphtha and topped oil was optimized and compared with the desired product yield of co-cracking naphtha and top oil in different proportion.Under the optimum cracking conditions,the yields of ethylene,propylene,1,3-butadiene and liquid phase C_5&C_(5+)were 29.11%,14.38%,5.08%and 24.66%respectively by using naphtha,the yields of ethylene,propylene,1,3-butadiene and liquid phase C_5&C_(5+)were 34.28%,15.71%,4.59%and 13.58%respectively by using topped oil.The yield of ethylene reached 32.52%at 80%topped oil blending ratio,which was 3.40 percentage points and 0.26 percentage points higher than that of naphtha and topped oil respectively.The co-cracking synergistic effect of naphtha and topped oil should be brought into full play,the blending amount of top oil should not be less than 30%,but more than 70%as far as possible.Under the optimum co-cracking conditions and appropriate blending ratio,the ethylene yield of naphtha was higher than that of naphtha and topped oil alone.The results can be used to guide the feedstock optimization of ethylene cracking unit to improve the unit efficiency.
