摘  要:在加氢裂化装置检修期间,面对催化柴油和重芳烃油无法处理的难题,A厂提出了一项新的方案,即将这些物料引入蜡油液相加氢装置进行加工。为了检验这一方案在长周期运行中的稳定性,中石化(大连)石油化工研究院有限公司在液相加氢中试装置上开展了稳定性实验研究。结果表明:在345~355℃、体积空速0.37 h-1、13.8 MPa及循环比为1∶1的液相加氢反应条件下,该方案能够实现单独加工催化柴油或掺炼部分重芳烃油的长周期稳定运行,且精制油能够满足柴油国Ⅵ标准的质量要求。During the maintenance period of the hydrocracking unit,faced with the difficulty of processing catalytic diesel and heavy aromatic oil,A plant proposed a new plan,which is to introduce these materials into the wax oil liquid phase hydrogenation unit for processing.In order to verify the stability of this scheme during long-term operation,Sinopec(Dalian) Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals Co.,Ltd.conducted stability testing on a liquid-phase hydrogenation pilot plant.The stability test results show that under the conditions of 345~355 ℃,0.37 h-1 volumetric space velocity,13.8 MPa and 1∶1 cycle ratio,the scheme can realize the long-term stable operation of catalytic diesel oil or mixed part of heavy aromatic oil,and the refined oil can meet the quality requirements of the national standard Ⅵ for diesel oil.
