摘 要:目的调查麻醉护士职业认同的现状及影响因素,分析麻醉护士自我效能感与职业认同的相关性,为提高麻醉护士的职业认同以及培养优秀的麻醉护士提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、护士职业认同量表对江苏省内130名麻醉护士进行调查。结果麻醉护士自我效能感总分为(28.15±5.11)分,职业认同总分为(115.33±19.56)分,两者呈正相关(P<0.01)。分层回归分析结果显示,控制一般资料影响后,自我效能可解释23.2%的职业认同的变异。结论麻醉护理管理者应提高麻醉护士的自我效能感,从而提高麻醉护士的职业认同水平。Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of professional identity,and to explore the correlation between self-efficacy and professional identity of nurse anesthetists,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving professional identity and training excellent nurse anesthetists.Methods Totally 130 nurse anesthetists in Jiangsu province were selected,and surveyed using a general data questionnaire,the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and the nurse's professional identity scale.Results The total score of self-efficacy and professional identity were(28.15±5.11)and(115.33±19.56),showing a positive correlation between them(P<0.01).Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that,after controlling for demographic data,the self-efficacy could explain 23.2%of the variation in professional identity.Conclusion Hospital managers should improve the self-efficacy of nurse anesthetists,so as to improve the level of professional identity.
