改良中药冷热口腔刷洗式口腔护理在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察改良中药冷热口腔刷洗式口腔护理在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2024年5月—10月针灸康复科住院的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者50名,采用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组及试验组,各25例。对照组采用常规口腔护理方法,试验组采用改良中药冷热口腔刷洗式口腔护理。比较两组患者口腔卫生状况、口腔功能、吞咽功能、肺部感染发生率。结果使用改良中药冷热口腔刷洗护理后7 d、14 d和30 d,试验组患者口腔卫生状况评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后14 d和30 d,试验组患者口腔功能及吞咽功能评定均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者肺部感染发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良中药冷热口腔刷洗式口腔护理能进一步改善脑卒中吞咽障碍患者口腔卫生状况、口腔功能及吞咽功能。Objective To investigate the effects of modified oral brushing with cold and warm Traditional Chinese Medicine solution in oral care of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods From May 2024 to October 2024,50 stroke patients with dysphagia after stroke hospitalized in the acupuncture rehabilitation department were selected and grouped by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine oral care,and the experimental group was treated with modified oral brushing with cold and warm Traditional Chinese Medicine solution.The oral health status,oral function,swallowing function and incidence of pulmonary infection were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days,14 days and 30 days of oral brushing nursing with modified Chinese medicine,the oral health status score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the oral function and swallowing function of the patients were better than those of the control group on the 14 th and 30 th days(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of pulmonary infection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified oral brushing with cold and warm Traditional Chinese Medicine solution can further improve the oral health status,oral function and swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke.
