摘　　要：难治性疼痛病程持久,治疗难度大,不仅严重影响患者的精神和生活,而且可导致沉重的家庭和社会经济负担。难治性疼痛护理工作室具有多学科的工作模式和多元化的项目管理体系,能为患者提供科学化、系统化、专业化的护理服务。2021年,首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院获批成立“朱欣艳难治性疼痛护理工作室”。本研究就难治性疼痛护理门诊建立的条件、工作内容及实施效果进行总结,旨在为优化护理服务流程、提升专科护理质量提供参考依据,同时为推广难治性疼痛护理门诊模式、提高患者生活质量及就医满意度奠定理论与实践基础。Refractory pain seriously affects patients'mental,psychological and quality of life,and leads to heavy family and socio-economic burdens.The Refractory Pain Care Studio has a multidisciplinary working model and a diversified project management system,which can provide patients with scientific,systematic and professional healthcare services.Beijing Friendship Hospital Capital Medical University had been approved to establish a Refractory Pain Care Studio in 2021.This paper summarized the requirements of establishing a Refractory Pain Care Studio,as well as its content of the daily work and the effects of implementation,and provided reference for promotion of refractory pain nursing clinic and improve the quality of patients with refractory pain.
