摘　　要：本文总结1例耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染合并乙型流感病毒感染且伴发肺内大出血患者的护理经验。患者病情危重,护理过程中需要密切监测病情变化,严格防控交叉感染,给予针对性镇静镇痛干预,积极防治气胸、肺内出血等复杂并发症,最大程度救治患者生命。This paper summarized the nursing management of a patient with Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and influenza B virus infection complicated by massive pulmonary hemorrhage.The patient was in a critical condition,needing comprehensive monitoring on vital signs and strict prevention on nosocomial infection.Targeted nursing interventions of sedation and analgesia,prevention of complications such as pneumothorax and pulmonary hemorrhage were carried out to improve the prognosis of the patient.
