1例主动脉夹层术后远期合并主动脉食管瘘致罕见致命性大出血患者的护理体会

摘　　要：本文总结1例主动脉夹层术后远期合并主动脉食管瘘导致消化道大出血患者的护理经验。护理要点:根据患者危险分级情况,采取合理医疗资源处置;提前制定转运方案,提高患者的转运效率;多学科协作,避免延误救治时机;加强气道管理,预防感染;动态监测下的血栓预防与护理;警惕前哨出血,早期识别致命性大出血;实施系统化健康宣教,提高患者及家属的疾病管理能力。经积极救治和综合护理,患者生命体征恢复平稳,未发生严重并发症。This paper summarizes nursing management of a patient with massive gastrointestinal bleeding caused by aortoesophageal fistula after surgery for aortic dissection.Key points of nursing includes:taking reasonable medical resource disposal according to the patient's risk classification;formulating a transfer plan in advance to improve the transfer efficiency of the patient;multidisciplinary response to avoid delaying treatment;strengthening airway management to prevent infection;thrombosis prevention and care under dynamic monitoring;being alert to sentinel bleeding and identifying fatal massive bleeding at early stage;implementation of systematic health education,After receiving effective rescue and nursing,the patient with stable vital signs was transferred to the general ward for further treatment.
