摘　　要：随着现代医学模式的转变,患者对临床护理服务有了更高的要求。人文关怀是现代护理模式的核心内容,可以融洽护患关系,提高肿瘤患者治疗依从性,对提高肿瘤患者的生存质量有着积极意义。本研究介绍护理人文关怀定义、护理人文关怀实践理论,综述肿瘤患者护理人文关怀实践方法,主要涵盖创建温馨环境、营造关怀氛围、满足患者需求、强调患者舒适、实施个性化护理及提供多学科合作服务等内容,并就国内肿瘤护理人文关怀事业发展面临的挑战进行思考,旨在为系统化推进肿瘤患者护理人文关怀事业提供参考。With the transformation of medical model,patients have higher requirements for clinical nursing services.Humanistic care is the core content of modern nursing,which can enhance the nursepatient relationship and improve the patient treatment compliance and quality of life of tumor patients.This paper introduced the definition and practice theory of humanistic care in nursing,overview the method of nursing humanistic care practice in oncology patients,which mainly covers creating a harmonious environment,creating a caring atmosphere,meeting patients'needs,emphasizing patients'comfort,implementing personalized care and providing multidisciplinary cooperation services.It also analyzed the challenges facing the development of humanistic care in oncology nursing in China,aiming to provide a reference for systematically advancing the cause of humanistic care for oncology patients.
