摘　　要：糖尿病患者术中血糖管理与手术能否顺利进行以及预后密切相关。糖尿病患者术中血糖波动与多种因素有关,通过规范监测术中血糖及合理用药能有效控制术中血糖波动。本研究总结糖尿病患者术中血糖波动的影响因素,归纳术中血糖管理对策,旨在为完善糖尿病患者术中血糖管理规范提供理论依据。Intraoperative blood glucose management in diabetic patients is closely related to the smooth progress of surgery and prognosis.Intraoperative blood glucose fluctuation in diabetic patients is related to many factors,and can be effectively controlled by standardized monitoring and reasonable drug use.This study summarizes the influencing factors of intraoperative blood glucose concentration fluctuation in diabetic patients and summarizes the countermeasures for intraoperative blood glucose management,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for improving the standardization of intraoperative blood glucose management in diabetic patients.
