摘 要:根据某大功率柴油机试验运行过程中出现输出端明显甩油的问题,本文通过对故障柴油机后端密封结构进行拆解,通过故障树的方法确定了造成输出端甩油的主要影响因素,制定了输出端油封结构优化方案,并采用CFD仿真的方式对优化方案进行了分析,最终确定了输出端油封设计优化方案。经过试验验证,优化后输出端油封设计结构合理,有效解决了输出端甩油的问题。通过本次结构优化设计、验证为后续相关大功率柴油机输出端油封结构设计提供了宝贵经验及依据。According to the problem of obvious oil dumping at the output end during the test operation of a high-power diesel engine.This paper disassembled the rear end seal structure of the faulty diesel engine.Determined the main influencing factors causing oil dumping at the output end by the method of fault tree,formulated the optimization scheme of the output oil seal structure and analyzed the optimization scheme by CFD simulation the output end of the oil seal design optimization scheme.After the test verification,the optimized output oil seal design structure is reasonable,and the problem of output oil dumping is effectively solved.Through this structural optimization design and verification for the subsequent relevant high-power diesel engine output end oil seal structure design provides valuable experience and basis.
