摘  要:随着排放法规的不断升级,发动机对各类温度参数的获取提出了更高的要求。柴机油上进气温度、EGR下游温度、水温、燃油温度、机油温度、排气温度等温度参数都需要被精准地采集和控制,不同温度范围的精确采集导致不同工作原理的温度传感器的应用。不同温度传感器的技术方案表明:进气温度传感器、机油温度传感器、水温传感器、燃油温度传感器、环境温度传感器等测量温度范围为-40~140℃,性价比最优的是NTC方案;EGR下游温度传感器测量范围为140~500℃,性价比最优的是热电阻方案;排温传感器测量范围是500~1000℃,热电偶是最合适的方案。As emissions regulations continue to evolve,the engine demands more for various temperature parameters.Intake air temperature on diesel oil,EGR downstream temperature,water temperature,fuel temperature,oil temperature,Temperature parameters such as discharge temperature need to be accurately captured and controlled,and accurate acquisition of different temperature ranges leads to the application of temperature sensors with different operating principles.The technical solutions of the different temperature sensors indicate that the temperature range of the intake air temperature sensor,the oil temperature sensor,the water temperature sensor,the fuel temperature sensor,the ambient temperature sensor,and so on is(-40~140)℃.The best value for money is the NTC solution;the EGR downstream temperature sensor measures in the range(140~500)℃,the best value for money is the thermal resistance solution;the exhaust temperature sensor measures in the range(500~1000)℃,and the thermocouple is the most suitable solution.
