摘 要:选择性催化还原技术(SCR)是消除柴油机尾气中氮氧化物的主要后处理技术之一,该技术利用尿素喷射系统往尾气中喷射尿素,用于降低污染物NO_(x)排放以满足国VI排放法规对于NO_(x)的限值要求。尿素喷嘴作为尿素喷射系统的核心零部件,在应用的过程中易出现尿素喷嘴漏液情况,最终导致后处理结晶或者氨泄露。本文针对国六柴油机紧耦合后处理系统中,尿素喷嘴布置在DPF前应用时出现的尿素喷嘴漏液故障进行分析,并提出针对性地优化改进方案,提升了尿素喷射系统的可靠性。Selective catalytic reduction(SCR)is one of the main aftertreatment technologies for eliminating nitrogen oxides in diesel exhaust gases,which uses a urea injection system to inject urea into the exhaust gases,the urea is used to reduce the NO_(x)emissions of pollutants to meet the NO_(x)limits required by national VI emission regulations.The urea injector,as a core component of the urea injection system,is susceptible to leakage from the urea injector during application,resulting in post-treatment crystallization or ammonia leakage.This document analyzes the urea injector leakage problems in diesel tight coupling aftertreatment systems when the urea injector is routed in pre-DPF applications and proposes specific optimization improvements to improve the reliability of the urea injection system.
