摘 要:本文研究了以锌基材料Zn-15Al(wt.%)作为中间层,采用接触反应钎焊的方法实现AZ31镁合金基体与DC01低强度钢基体的连接,对接头进行了显微组织分析和宏观形貌观察,将Zn-15Al中间层的显微组织形貌分为过渡层和外层。过渡层的主要成分已初步确定为Fe2Al5。外层在镀液的冷凝过程中形成,与过渡层相比具有更厚的厚度。分析接头元素的扩散行为,进一步探究钎焊接头的形成过程。The connection between AZ31 magnesium alloy matrix and DC01 low strength steel matrix was achieved by contact reaction brazing using zinc based material Zn-15Al(wt.%)as the intermediate layer.The microstructure analysis and macroscopic morphology observation of the joint were carried out,and the microstructure morphology of the Zn-15Al intermediate layer was divided into a transition layer and an outer layer.The main component of the transition layer has been preliminarily determined to be Fe2Al5.The outer layer is formed during the condensation process of the plating solution and has a thicker thickness compared to the transition layer.Analyze the diffusion behavior of joint elements and further explore the formation process of brazed joints.
