摘  要:设计了一种新能源汽车空调风扇的降噪结构,包含一组隔音组件、一组抵压组件和润滑机构。首先通过两组对立交叉的隔板组成隔音罩,形成迂回曲折的消音通道。在隔音罩的外侧装设了隔音棉,将噪音隔绝在隔音罩中。为了防止隔音棉与叶轮旋转分离,设计了一组具有离心机构的抵压组件,工作时使隔音棉紧密挤压在叶轮表面,噪音能够更好地被隔绝,最后通过润滑机构,多维度提高了降噪效果,保证电动汽车在使用空调时的良好体验。A noise reduction structure for a new energy vehicle air conditioning fan has been studied and designed,which includes a set of sound insulation components,a set of compression components,and a lubrication mechanism.Firstly,a soundproof enclosure is formed by two sets of opposing and intersecting partitions,creating a winding soundproofing channel.Soundproofing cotton is installed on the outside of the soundproof cover to isolate noise inside the soundproof cover.In order to prevent the sound insulation cotton from rotating and separating from the impeller,a set of pressure components with a centrifugal mechanism was designed.During operation,the sound insulation cotton is tightly pressed against the surface of the impeller,which can better isolate noise.Finally,through the lubrication mechanism,the noise reduction effect is improved in multiple dimensions,ensuring a good experience for electric vehicles when using air conditioning.
