摘  要:为研究机床铣削过程中HSS直柄立铣刀磨损寿命与切削参数的关系,通过正交试验获得了不同切削用量下的刀具磨损寿命数据,并用正交直观法分析了各切削参数对刀具磨损寿命的影响程度,以及刀具磨损寿命随切削用量的变化趋势。通过传统经验磨损模型与Python编程建立了刀具磨损寿命与切削参数的数学模型,并通过实际加工验证了该模型的准确性。为实训教学、技能大赛中HSS直柄立铣刀切削参数的优化提供借鉴与参考。To investigate the relationship between the wear life of HSS straight end mills and cutting parameters during machine tool milling,tool wear life data under different cutting parameters were obtained through orthogonal experiments.The influence of each cutting parameter on tool wear life and the trend of tool wear life with cutting parameters were analyzed using orthogonal visualization method.On the basis of combining traditional empirical wear models,a mathematical model of tool wear life and cutting parameters was established through Python programming,and the accuracy of the model was verified through actual machining.To provide reference and guidance for optimizing the cutting parameters of HSS straight end mills in practical teaching and skill competitions.
