摘  要:本文开展某新型压电微型阵列动态压力传感器的试验验证。以某双级轴流压气机试验件为平台,先后进行了压气机推转试验以及失速试验,以航空发动机动态测试中常用的某系列动态压力传感器数据处理结果为标准,判断压电微型阵列传感器是否适用于压气机叶尖间隙流场测试,同时,对该类型传感器在叶尖间隙流场测试中的优缺点进行了总结。分析数据及结果可为该新型压电微型阵列动态压力传感器研制和应用提供更多数据支撑及技术参考。This paper carries out the experimental verification of a new type of piezoelectric micro-array dynamic pressure sensor.Using a two-stage axial-flow compressor test rig as the platform,the compressor push-rotation test and the stall test are successively conducted.Taking the data processing results of the Kulite sensor as the standard,it is judged whether the piezoelectric micro-array dynamic pressure sensor is suitable for the inter-blade gap flow test of the compressor.At the same time,the advantages of this type of sensor in the inter-blade gap flow field test are summarized.The analysis of data and results can provide more data supports and technical references for the localization of this new type of sensor,which has certain application value.
