摘　　要：近年来新能源汽车产销量逐年攀升,市场规模日益扩大,新能源汽车的快速发展对专业人才的需求提出了更高要求。为了满足新能源汽车市场对高技能人才的迫切需求,各高职院校积极响应国家政策导向和行业发展趋势,纷纷申报开设新能源汽车检测与维修技术专业,旨在培养具备新能源汽车核心技术能力、实践操作能力和创新思维的专业人才。实训室作为新能源汽车技术教育与培训的核心场所,其建设水平直接关系到教学质量与学生实践能力的培养。本文旨在通过科学合理的规划布局、实用的设备配置两个重要方面提出一些建设思路。In recent years,the production and sales of new energy vehicles have been increasing year by year,and the market scale is expanding.The rapid development of new energy vehicles has put forward higher requirements for professional talents.In order to meet the urgent demand for skilled talents in the new energy vehicle market,vocational colleges have actively responded to the policy orientation and industry trend,and have successively applied to set up the specialty of new energy vehicle inspection and maintenance technology,aiming to cultivate professional talents with core technologies,practical operation ability and innovative thinking of new energy vehicles.The training room is the core place for new energy vehicle technology education and training.The level of its construction directly affects the quality of teaching and the cultivation of students'practical ability.This paper aims to put forward some construction ideas through the two important aspects of scientific and reasonable planning layout and practical equipment configuration.
