摘 要:微型轴向柱塞泵因其高压、高精度、高可靠性、紧凑结构以及强适应性,在钻井作业中具有广阔的应用空间。为研究微型柱塞泵的工作性能,设计一种3柱塞微型柱塞泵,并对微型轴向柱塞泵的结构及工作原理进行阐述,通过建模和仿真,研究微型柱塞泵的结构、转速、流量、压力特性。仿真结果表明:转速提高,流量增加,泵的流量脉动变大;柱塞偶间间隙宜选0.015mm;微型柱塞泵的流量与压差呈线性关系,流量对压差敏感性较弱。研究成果为微型轴向柱塞泵的设计、理论计算分析提供了仿真建模基础。Due to its high pressure capability,high precision,high reliability,compact structure and strong adaptability,the micro axial piston pump has broad application prospects in drilling operations.To investigate the working performance of the micro piston pump,a three-piston micro piston pump was designed,and the structure and working principle of the micro axial piston pump were elaborated.Through modeling and simulation,the structural,rotational speed,flow rate,and pressure characteristics of the micro piston pump were studied.The simulation results indicate that as the rotational speed increases,the flow rate also increases,but the flow pulsation of the pump becomes larger;the optimal clearance between the piston pairs should be 0.015mm;the flow rate of the micro piston pump exhibits a linear relationship with the differential pressure,and the flow rate is relatively insensitive to the differential pressure.The research findings provide a simulation modeling foundation for the design and theoretical analysis of micro axial piston pumps.
