浙江省旅游流内部耦合协调度实证研究

摘　　要：以浙江省为研究对象,通过文献梳理构建旅游流要素网络结构,并据此测度2009—2019年浙江省旅游流各要素水平及要素间的耦合协调度,探索区域旅游流及其系统内各要素的发展特征和演化规律。研究表明:①2009—2019年浙江省旅游流总体水平呈上升态势,其中游客流和资金流水平稳步上升,信息流水平波动上升,人才流水平极不平稳。②游客流-资金流要素系统的耦合协调度表现出均衡发展的特征;游客流-信息流要素系统的协调性稳步发展,但耦合度由客流滞后型转变为信息滞后型;游客流-人才流和资金流-人才流要素系统的协调度发展极不稳定,要素间的耦合性也经历了由人才损益期到人才滞后期的转变。③旅游流要素系统的耦合协调关系存在协调发展类和濒临失调衰退类两种状态和同步型、滞后型、损益型、共损型4种表现。最后根据不同耦合协调特征提出具有普适性的针对性建议,以促进区域旅游流要素系统的协调发展。Taking Zhejiang Province as the research object,this paper constructs the network structure of tourism flow elements through literature combing,and measures the level of various elements and the coupling coordination degree between elements of tourism flow in Zhejiang Province from 2009 to 2019,and explores the development characteristics and evolution laws of regional tourism flow and the elements in its system.The results show that:(1)From 2009 to 2019,the overall level of tourism flow in Zhejiang Province showed an upward trend,among which the level of tourist flow and capital flow increased steadily,the level of information flow fluctuated and increased,and the level of talent flow was extremely unstable.(2)The coupling coordination degree of tourist flow-capital flow element system shows the characteristics of balanced development;The coordination of the tourist-information flow element system has developed steadily,but the coupling degree has changed from the passenger flow lag type to the information lag type.The coordination of the tourist flow-talent flow-capital flowtalent flow element system is extremely unstable,and the coupling between elements has also undergone a transformation from the talent profit loss period to the talent lag period.(3)The coupling coordination relationship of tourism flow element system has two states:coordinated development and endangered decline and four manifestations:synchronous,lag,profit loss,and common loss.Finally,according to different coupling coordination characteristics,generalized and targeted suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of regional tourism flow element system.
