大型移动模架数值模拟与现场监测分析

摘  要:针对大型上承自行式移动模架在混凝土梁体施工过程中存在跨度大、承载力要求高的问题,通过ABAQUS软件分别建立移动模架主结构及格构腹板子结构精细化数值模型,开展移动模架现场预加载试验,并对现场施工过程进行监测。研究移动模架主结构、格构腹板子结构和吊杆局部区域应力响应,对比分析预加载过程中关键构件数值模拟与现场监测应力变化规律。研究结果表明,除局部区域应力集中外,移动模架主梁最大应力出现在跨中位置,为主梁设计薄弱位置,格构腹板子结构最大应力出现在格构腹板与十字支撑连接处,吊杆位置最大应力出现在结构构造底部截面改变处;预加载过程中移动模架实测应力分布形式符合理论规律,结构安全。In response to the issues related to the large span and high bearing capacity of the large⁃scale self⁃propelled mobile mold frame during the construction of concrete beams,this paper establishes refined numerical simulations by using ABAQUS and on⁃site preloading tests for both the main structure and lattice web plates substructure of the mobile mold frame.The on⁃site construction process is monitored.Stress levels in the mobile mold frame,the lattice web plate,and the suspension rod are compared and analyzed using numerical simulations and on⁃site monitoring during the preloading process.The research results show that aside from local stress concentrations,the maximum stress on the main beam of the mobile mold frame occurs at the mid⁃span position,which is a weak point in the main beam design.For the lattice web plate,the position where the maximum stress occurs is at the junction connecting the web plate with the cross brace.Meanwhile,with regard to the suspension rod,the maximum stress is detected at the bottom region of its cross⁃section.The stress distribution at measured points on the mobile mold frame complies with theoretical principles and design considerations at various loading levels during the preloading process.Therefore,the mobile mold frame structure is deemed safe.
