摘　　要：为明确既有振动砖墙板房屋超过设计使用年限后的安全性和抗震性能,开展现场检测、承载力复核验算、安全性与抗震性能鉴定。通过建筑外观质量普查、承重结构材料强度检测和加固混凝土构件配筋情况检测,为整体结构承载力复核验算提供基础材料参数。安全性和抗震性能鉴定结果表明,该房屋建筑安全性等级为C_(su)级,抗震等级为D_(se)级,不满足现行标准或规范要求,存在安全隐患,需进行加固改造。To clarify the safety and seismic performance of the vibrated brick panel building after exceeding the design service life,on⁃site inspection,load⁃bearing capacity recheck and calculation,as well as safety and seismic performance evaluation were carried out.Through the general survey of the building’s exterior quality,the strength inspection of the load⁃bearing structure materials and the reinforcement condition inspection of the reinforced concrete components,the basic material parameters for the overall structure load⁃bearing capacity recheck and calculation were provided.The results of the safety and seismic performance evaluation show that the safety grade of the building is Csu and the seismic grade is Dse,which do not meet the current standards or specifications and there are safety hazards,reinforcement and renovation are required.
