摘 要:可拆卸钢-混凝土组合梁相比普通混凝土梁具有承载力高、可回收利用等优点。为研究组合梁抗弯性能,以某大型工业厂房设备间为背景,采用数值模拟计算方法,分析不同混凝土板强度等级、宽度、纵筋直径及钢梁强度等级下组合梁抗弯性能。研究结果表明,当混凝土板强度等级增大时,组合梁抗弯刚度、屈服抗弯承载力、极限抗弯承载力均随之增大。混凝土板宽度越大,组合梁承担的荷载越大。钢梁强度对组合梁抗滑移强度无明显影响,钢梁强度等级越大,组合梁承担的荷载越大。随着混凝土板纵筋直径的增大,组合梁抗滑移强度基本相等,抗弯性能逐渐增强,但增幅较小。在满足构造要求的条件下,适当增加组合梁高度或截面宽度以提高抗弯截面系数,可有效增加组合梁抗弯承载力。Detachable steel⁃concrete composite beams have advantages such as high bearing capacity and recyclability compared to ordinary concrete beams.In order to study the bending performance of composite beams,this paper takes a large industrial plant equipment room as the background and uses numerical simulation calculation methods to analyze the bending performance of composite beams under different concrete slab strength grades,widths,longitudinal reinforcement diameters,and steel beam strength grades.The research results show that when the concrete slab strength grade increases,the bending stiffness,yield bending bearing capacity,and ultimate bending bearing capacity of the composite beam all increase accordingly.The larger the width of the concrete slab,the greater the load that the composite beam can bear.The strength grade of the steel beam has no significant effect on the anti⁃slip strength of the composite beam.The greater the strength grade of the steel beam,the greater the load that the composite beam can bear.As the diameter of the longitudinal reinforcement of the concrete slab increases,the anti⁃slip strength of the composite beam is basically the same.When the diameter of the longitudinal reinforcement of the concrete slab increases,the bending performance of the composite beam gradually improves,but the increase is small.Under the condition of meeting the construction requirements,appropriately increasing the height or section width of the composite beam,can increase the bending section modulus,and effectively increase the bending bearing capacity.
