超长不规则回字形空间桁架提升点优化布置与非同步提升控制研究

摘  要:南京美术馆采用超长不规则回字形空间桁架结构,为节省工期,采用整体提升施工方法。桁架结构体系复杂且提升质量大,基于传力路径和结构设计完成提升点布置方案初选,通过计算分析对提升点布置方案进行优化。根据桁架结构提升时的屈曲模态确定非同步提升工况,分析局部和整体非同步提升高差对结构应力分布的影响,给出局部和整体高差限值。以某次提升为例,实测提升点高差,进行桁架结构性能分析,验证高差限值的有效性。Nanjing Art Museum has adopted an ultra long irregular rectangular⁃ambulatory⁃plane space truss structure and plans to use a construction method of overall lifting to save construction time.The herringbone truss system is complex and has a large lifting weight,requiring a comprehensive optimization analysis of the lifting scheme.The preliminary selection of the lifting point layout plan was completed based on the force transmission path and structural design intention of the rectangular⁃ambulatory⁃plane space truss,and the optimization layout of the lifting point plan was carried out through structural analysis.The non synchronous lifting analysis conditions were determined based on the buckling mode during the lifting of the herringbone truss.The influence of local and global non synchronous height differences on the stress distribution of the structure was analyzed,and the limit values of local and global non synchronous lifting height differences were proposed.Based on the measured height difference of a certain lifting step during the construction process,an analysis of the lifting of the rectangular⁃ambulatory⁃plane truss was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the height difference limit.
