摘 要:为解决现有复合龙骨存在的抗弯性能较差、破坏过程多为脆性、难以满足实际工程需求等问题,结合新型工艺,采用废旧木材、纤维材料、高强涤纶纱、聚丙烯等制备新型增强再生复合龙骨,并开展抗弯试验,研究复合龙骨抗弯性能。研究结果表明,以纤维带与聚丙烯的复合带代替原有聚丙烯作为外壳增强了复合龙骨抗弯性能,环向缠绕高强涤纶纱提高了复合龙骨抗弯强度与抗弯刚度;新型增强再生复合龙骨受弯过程中表现出明显的延性,再生木材性能得到充分发挥。To address the issues of poor bending resistance,brittle failure process and inability to meet the actual engineering requirements of the existing composite keels,a new type of reinforced regenerated composite keel was prepared using waste wood,fiber materials,high⁃strength polyester yarn and polypropylene in combination with a new process.Bending tests were conducted to study the bending resistance of the composite keel.The research results show that replacing the original polypropylene with a composite tape of fiber tape and polypropylene as the shell enhances the bending resistance of the composite keel,and the circumferential winding of high⁃strength polyester yarn increases the bending strength and bending stiffness of the composite keel.The new reinforced regenerated composite keel shows obvious ductility during the bending process,and the performance of regenerated wood is fully exerted.
