摘  要:文中针对某所新型缓冲气囊的着陆缓冲试验需求,研制了一套着陆模拟试验门式起重机。该门式起重机具有结构简单、研制成本低、维护方便等优点,不仅可实现试验模型不同释放高度及不同摆角下的缓冲试验,还可通过摆杆装置的不同安装位置调整,实现土壤和水面2种不同着陆环境的试验要求。为确保该门式起重机在极端工况(模型未正常抛出)下的稳定性和安全性,提出了门架斜拉技术和重载无极制动技术,并通过有限元模拟分析,验证了该关键技术的可靠性。通过对着陆缓冲试验主要工况的有限元分析,该门式起重机在各个工况下应力均处于安全水平。现场试验结果表明,该着陆模拟试验门式起重机满足试验要求,结构受力安全可靠。In response to the landing cushion test requirements for a novel buffer airbag system,a set of landing simulation test portal crane was developed.This portal crane is characterized by its straightforward design,low development costs,and ease of maintenance.It is capable of conducting buffer tests under various release heights and different swing angles for the test model.Moreover,by adjusting the installation positions of the swing bar device,it can accommodate testing in two distinct landing environments,i.e.,soil and water,thus fulfilling a range of test requirements.To ensure the stability and safety of the portal crane under extreme working conditions,such as when the model is not released normally,cablestayed gantry technology and heavy-load stepless braking technology were introduced.The reliability of these two critical technologies has been confirmed through finite element simulation analysis.Finite element analysis under the primary working conditions of the landing buffer test indicates that the stress levels of the portal crane remain within safe limits across all scenarios.Field test outcomes further demonstrate that the landing simulation test portal crane satisfies the relevant test specifications and is structurally safe and reliable.
