摘 要:随着国内自动化仓储物流快速发展,AGV以其高效、灵活、精准的特点,成为现代仓储物流系统中的重要组成部分。广泛应用于仓库、工厂等场所的物料搬运与堆垛作业环境中。然而AGV在多层建筑中的运行,对地面承载又提出了较高的要求,文中结合相关各项建筑载荷规范以及混凝土结构设计规范,提供一种AGV支撑脚轮对地面集中应力载荷的计算方法。With the rapid development of domestic automated warehousing and logistics systems,automated guided vehicles(AGVs)have emerged as a crucial component of modern warehousing and logistics systems due to their high efficiency,flexibility,and precision.They are widely applied in material handling and stacking operations within warehouses and factories.However,the deployment of AGVs in multi-story facilities poses more demanding requirements for ground load-bearing capability.In light of this,and in conjunction with relevant building load specifications and concrete structure design codes,a calculation methodology for the concentrated stress loads exerted by AGV support casters on the ground is presented.
