摘 要:文中针对120 t单臂架门座起重机整体搬迁项目,总结了门座起重机的整机搬迁的4大类方法,根据操作现场的实际情况,对每种方案进行了评估,重点研究了铺设临时轨道利用临时台车架搬迁的方案和利用带顶升功能的自行式液压平板车结合胎架、托梁等辅助件顶升起重机结构件进行整机搬迁的2大类方案。结合Ansys有限元仿真计算功能,对不同方案的结构强度进行了模拟和核算,确定了本次搬迁项目的整机搬迁方案,也为其他项目,特别是大吨位单臂架门座式起重机的整机搬迁方案选择提供了参考。In the context of the whole-machine relocation project for a 120t single-boom portal crane,four methods are summarized for the whole-machine relocation of such cranes.Each relocation strategy is evaluated based on the on-site operation conditions.Special emphasis is placed on two methods:one involving the laying of temporary tracks and the utilization of a temporary platform frame for relocation,and the other one focusing on the use of self-propelled hydraulic flat cars with jacking capabilities in conjunction with tire frames,joists,and other auxiliary components to lift and move the crane structure.Leveraging the finite element simulation capabilities of Ansys,the structural strength when adopting different relocation proposals was simulated and calculated.Consequently,the whole-machine relocation plan for this project was determined,serving as a reference for similar undertakings,particularly in selecting the whole-machine relocation proposal for large-tonnage single-boom portal cranes.
