高铁时代铁路公安工作高质量发展的实践与思考

摘　　要：新质公安战斗力促进了铁路公安工作高质量发展,铁路公安工作的高质量发展丰富了新质公安战斗力内涵。现阶段铁路公安面临警力资源配置不合理、装备技术使用不当、警务模式和相关工作制度亟待改进、新兴科技转化应用率不足等问题。基于此,铁路公安机关必须以改革创新的精神从自身特质入手,进一步采取具体措施,特别是要充分发挥新兴科技的作用,全面推进高铁时代铁路公安工作的高质量发展。The new quality of police combat capability enhances the quality development of railway public security,and meanwhile,the latter enriches the connotation of the former.Currently,railway public security organs are confronted with some problems,such as the inefficient deployment of police resources,the improper use of equipment and technology,the inefficient policing model and relevant work systems,as well as insufficient conversion rate of emerging technology.Therefore,railway public security organs should take further concrete measures in their practice with the spirit of reform and innovation,especially leverage the role of technology to comprehensively promote the quality development of railway policing in the age of high speed rail.
