摘　　要：建设专业化的警务技能对抗训练情景显示员队伍,是当前公安院校谋划公安教育实战化改革的重要一环。应以课程体系建设、特色课程优化、人才培养方案改革为抓手,从科学选拔、组织培训、模拟实战、融合教学、激励提升等多个环节,着力解决当前实战化警务对抗训练进程中存在的选拔标准不完善、组织培训不足、融入实战不够等问题,使公安教育实战化与警务工作实际需求相适应,真正为公安机关培养一批能执法、会执法的复合型警务专门人才。Building a professional team of scenario presenters in police combat skill training is an essential measure for police academies to realize the police education reform of actual combat.Taking the priorities of the curriculum construction,the optimization of characteristic courses,and the reform of talent training programs,efforts should be made from the aspects of scientific election,training design,simulated combat,integrated teaching and incentive enhancement to deal with the problems in current actual combat training,such as the deficiency of selection criteria,insufficient organized training,and inadequate integration with actual combat.It can make police education align with the actual needs of police work,and eventually cultivate the compound police specialists who enforce the law effectively and proficiently for public security organs.
