摘 要:云南某细粒硫化铜钼混合精矿中主要有价金属元素为铜和钼,矿石中主要有用矿物为黄铜矿和辉钼矿,黄铁矿、辉铜矿、黝铜矿、斑铜矿含量较少,脉石矿物主要是石英和云母,铜、钼矿物嵌布粒度较细,与脉石矿物复杂共生,混合精矿铜钼分离难度大。在对该混合精矿工艺矿物学研究基础上,在原矿含铜品位19.939%、含钼品位0.424%的条件下,采用“抑铜浮钼”、一次粗选、四次精选、一次扫选的浮选工艺进行铜钼分离,最终获得含钼品位45.23%、含铜品位1.09%、钼作业回收率89.61%的钼精矿及含钼0.045%、含铜20.23%、铜作业回收率99.95%的铜精矿,选别指标良好,实现了细粒硫化铜钼混合精矿高效分离。研究结果可为现场流程优化提供技术和理论支撑。The fine-grained copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate from a mine in Yunnan primarily contains valuable metal elements such as copper and molybdenum.The main useful minerals in the ore are chalcopyrite and molybdenite,with smaller amounts of pyrite,chalcocite,tetrahedrite,and bornite.The gangue minerals are mainly quartz and mica.The copper and molybdenum minerals are finely disseminated and complexly intergrown with gangue minerals,making the separation of copper and molybdenum in the mixed concentrate challenging.Based on process mineralogy studies of the mixed concentrate,with the raw ore containing 19.939%copper and 0.424%molybdenum,a flotation process of“copper depression and molybdenum flotation”was adopted,including one roughing,four cleaning,and one scavenging stage.This process achieved efficient separation of copper and molybdenum,resulting in a molybdenum concentrate with a molybdenum grade of 45.23%,a copper grade of 1.09%,and a molybdenum recovery rate of 89.61%,as well as a copper concentrate with a molybdenum grade of 0.045%,a copper grade of 20.23%,and a copper recovery rate of 99.95%.The separation indicators are excellent,demonstrating the successful separation of fine-grained copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate.The research results provide technical and theoretical support for optimizing the on-site process.
