摘 要:陕南地区铁矿资源占陕西省总储量的60%以上,但却具有铁矿物嵌布粒度细、杂质含量高等不利因素,从而造成域内不少资源成为“呆矿”而一直无法进行有效的开发利用。本研究中,陕南某复杂难选铁矿石中含铁矿物主要为赤铁矿、菱铁矿、褐铁矿和磁铁矿,有价矿物与脉石矿物嵌布关系复杂,浸染粒度微细且脉石矿物容易泥化,正浮选及反浮选工艺只能获得铁品位在30%~40%之间的精矿,无法得到有工业应用价值的最终产品。研究结果表明,焙烧—磁选工艺则是处理该类矿石的有效方法之一。在磨矿细度为-0.044 mm占80%,焙烧时间25 min,焙烧温度700℃,磁场强度70 kA·m^(-1),还原剂用量20%时,可获得铁品位为61.5%,回收率为84.3%的精矿产品。本研究为陕南地区难选铁矿资源的高效开发提供了技术支撑。Iron resource in shannan region accounts for 60%of that in shannxi provence,wheares it has some adverse properities,such as fine dissemination,high impurities containing et al,hence the abundant iron resource had not been exploited efficiently for several years.In this paper,hematite,siderite,limonite,and magnetite are the main iron-containing minerals in one refractory ore in the south region of Shannxi Provence.The valuable minerals are finely disseminated and have a complex embedding relationship with the gangue minerals which tends to argillization during grinding process.The results indicate that the valuables minerals cannot be separated efficiently using traditional flotation technique which can only produce a product containing 30%—40%Fe.The roasting-magnetic separation,which yields a concentrate containing 61.5%iron with a recovery being 84.3%on conditions of-0.044 mm of 80%,roasting duration 25 min,roasting temperature 700℃,magnetic field intensity 70 kA·m^(-1),maybe one of a promising method.This study underlying a technique support for exploiting refractory iron ore efficiently in Southern Shanxi.
