摘 要:安徽某铜硫矿尾矿中铜品位和铜损失率较高。为查明尾矿中铜损失的主要原因,对该铜硫矿选矿流程进行了诊断。通过使用矿物特征参数自动分析系统(MCPAS)对该选矿流程中重要节点产品(溢流、总铜精矿和选铜尾矿)中黄铜矿的单体解离度和粒度进行了测定。结果表明:MCPAS适用于铜硫矿选矿流程的诊断,能够为优化选矿工艺流程提供数据支持和技术指导。该选矿流程总体合理,但仍有进一步优化的空间,建议适当提高一段磨矿细度,以提升黄铜矿的单体解离度;此外,在浮选过程中应强化对黄铜矿单体和裸露连生体的回收,并加强对脉石矿物的抑制,以进一步提高铜的回收率。The copper grade and copper loss rate in the tailings of a copper sulfide mine in Anhui Province are high.In order to find out the main causes of copper loss in tailings,the beneficiation process of the copper sulfur mine was diagnosed.The monomer dissociation degree and particle size of chalcopyrite in the important node products(overflow,total copper concentrate and copper separation tailings)of the mineral processing process were determined by using the Automatic Mineral Characteristic Parameter Analysis system(MCPAS).The results show that MCPAS is suitable for the diagnosis of copper sulfide ore processing process,and can provide data support and technical guidance for optimizing the processing process.The beneficiation process is generally reasonable,but there is still room for further optimization.It is suggested to appropriately increase the fineness of grinding in a stage to improve the degree of monomer dissociation of chalcopyrite.In addition,in the flotation process,the recovery of chalcopyrite monomer and exposed auxites should be strengthened,and the inhibition of gangue minerals should be strengthened to further improve the recovery rate of copper.
