摘 要:内蒙古某低品位铜矿石铜含量为0.41%,脉石矿物主要为石英、白云石和菱铁矿等,少量长石、绿泥石、云母等。针对现场铜精矿品位难以提高的问题,进行了系统的工艺矿物学和选矿试验研究,通过单因素条件试验确定了各浮选作业的关键技术参数,并在此基础上通过采用“优先浮铜+再磨提高品位”的工艺流程,进行了一粗三精一扫的闭路试验。结果表明,增加粗精矿再磨可有效提高铜精矿品位,在原矿磨矿细度-0.074 mm占比70.49%、粗精矿再磨细度-0.037 mm占比73.54%,采用水玻璃和六偏磷酸钠作为抑制剂、丁基黄药作为捕收剂,获得了铜精矿品位20.11%、回收率为89.07%的良好选别指标。The copper content of a low-grade copper ore in Inner Mongolia is 0.41%,Gangue minerals are mainly quartz,dolomite and siderite,Gangue minerals are mainly quartz,dolomite and siderite,a small amount of feldspar,chlorite,mica and so on.It is difficult to improve the taste of on-site copper concentrate,systematic experimental study on process mineralogy and beneficiation was carried out,the key technical parameters of each flotation operation were determined by single factor condition test,on this basis,the closed-circuit test of“priority floating copper+regrinding to improve the grade”was carried out.The result shows that,The grade of copper concentrate can be improved effectively by increasing regrinding of coarse concentrate,in the raw ore,the fineness of grinding accounted for 70.49%of-0.074 mm,and the coarse concentrate regrinding accounted for 73.54%of-0.037 mm,water glass and sodium hexametaphosphate were used as inhibitors and butyl xanthate as collectors,the grade of copper concentrate is 20.11%and the recovery is 89.07%.
