传统义门家风的基本内蕴及其时代借鉴

摘　　要：义门是中国传统社会崇德尚义、累世同居的大家族,是传统社会被统治者表彰的道德楷模。在义门数百至数千年的形成和发展过程中,涌现出江州陈氏义门、浦江郑氏义门、会稽裘氏义门等若干义门典范。义门家族建设强调“共”的理念导向,家族管理体系建构完整,注重家族声誉。义门家族格外重视家风培养和义门子弟的道德教育,积淀了以“孝义立家”“耕读传家”“和睦兴家”“勤俭持家”为基本内蕴的家风文化。孝义是义门家族立家之本,耕读是延续家族荣光的重要途径和基本要求,和睦族众是义门兴盛不衰的关键一环,勤俭戒奢是家族长久的重要保证。中华民族义门家风延续千年,至今依然发挥着教化族众、激励后人的重要作用,具有积极的时代价值:汲取义门家风孝义为先、勤劳节俭的思想,为当前孝道建设和价值观建构提供参考;借鉴义门家风耕读传家的教家治家路径,为青少年“知行合一”教育提供参照;吸纳义门家风文化敦亲睦族的齐家理念,为和睦家庭及和谐社会建设提供丰富滋养,激发优秀义门家风文化的时代活力,将其积极融入新时代公民道德建设和家庭家教家风建设的过程之中。Yimen is a large family in traditional Chinese society,which advocates morality and righteousness and lives together for generations.It is a moral model recognized by rulers in traditional society.In the process of the formation and development of the Yimen for thousands of years,a number of the Yimen models have emerged,such as Jiangzhou Chen Yimen,Pujiang Zheng Yimen and Kuaiji Qiu Yimen.Most of them have been praised by ancient emperors,and have become a role model for the people to learn.The Yimen family attaches great importance to the cultivation of family style,emphasizes the moral education of the children,and accumulates the family style culture with the basic connotation of filial piety and righteousness,farming and reading,harmony and prosperity,diligence and thrift.Filial piety is the foundation of the Yimen family.Farming and reading are important ways and basic requirements for continuing the family’s glory.Harmony with the family is a key link in the prosperity of the Yimen family.Diligence and frugality are important guarantees for the family's long-term prosperity.The family style of the Chinese nation has continued for thousands of years.Today,it still plays an important role in educating the people and inspiring future generations.It has a positive value of the times.It draws on the idea of filial piety and righteousness first,diligence and frugality in the family style of righteousness,and provides a reference for the current construction of filial piety and values.Drawing on the path of the family governance of the Yimen family,it provides a reference for the unity of knowledge and practice education of young people.It is of crucial practical value to absorb the Yimen family culture and the concept of family harmony for the construction of harmonious family and harmonious society,to stimulate the vitality of the times of excellent Yimen family style culture,and to actively integrate it into the process of citizen moral construction and family education and family style construction in the n
