摘　　要：实现资源合理配置是推动新质生产力发展的重要因素,研究资源配置对新质生产力的影响具有理论意义以及应用价值。本文将资源配置划分为资源配置效率与资源配置结构两个维度,基于2013—2022年我国30个省(区、市)面板数据,采用双固定效应模型、门槛模型实证检验资源配置对新质生产力的影响。研究发现:资源配置效率、资源配置结构能够显著促进新质生产力的发展,且这一结论通过多种方式的稳健性检验;资源配置对新质生产力的影响具有显著的区域异质性特征;资源配置效率对新质生产力的促进作用存在以自身为门槛变量的双重门槛效应,且其影响呈现非线性“U”型趋势;资源配置效率、资源配置结构对新质生产力的促进作用存在以政府支持力度为门槛变量的双重门槛效应,且其影响呈现“边际效应递增”趋势。最后,本文根据研究结论就如何优化资源配置、加快形成新质生产力提出建议。Reasonable resource allocation(RA)is an important factor to promote the development of new quality productivity,and the study of RA has theoretical significance and application value for the development of new quality productive forces(NQPF).RA is divided into two dimensions:resource allocation efficiency(RAE)and resource allocation structure(RAS).Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2013 to 2022,the bidirectional fixed-effect model and threshold model are used to empirically test the impact of RA on NQPF.It is found that RAE and RAS can significantly promote the development of NQPF,and this conclusion is tested in a variety of ways.The influence of RA on NQPF has significant regional heterogeneity.The promotion effect of RAE on NQPF has a double threshold effect with itself as the threshold variable,and its influence shows a nonlinear U-shaped trend.The promoting effect of RAE and RAS on NQPF has a double threshold effect with government support as the threshold variable,and its influence shows a trend of“increasing marginal effect”.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,some suggestions on how to optimize the allocation of resources and promote NQPF are put forward.
