摘　　要：本文运用数字化水平指数,比较分析了2020年包括中国在内的12个国家工业数字化水平差异。同时,以出口增加值分解法,测定2007—2021年中国制造业55个行业全球价值链的地位及分工指数。结果表明,制造业分工指数和地位指数总体呈现稳中有升的趋势,说明制造业竞争力不断提升;运用随机效应模型实证分析数字经济对中国制造业全球价值链位置和分工地位的路径机制及效应,验证了数字经济及经济发展水平提升对制造业全球价值链地位提升具有明显正向效应,数字化、科技创新对不同要素密集型产业具有异质性,其中,技术密集型和资本密集型制造业升级的正向效应明显。本文阐释了数字经济驱动中国制造业全球价值链地位提升的理论机制,对于突破制造业价值链“低端锁定”困局具有政策启示意义。The digital economy holds significant importance for China’s manufacturing sector in advancing up the global value chain and participating in global competition.This paper employs the Digital Maturity Index(DMI)to compare and analyze the industrial digitalization levels of 12 countries including China in 2020.Using the method of value added decomposition in export trade,it measures the Global Value Chain Position and Division Index of China’s manufacturing industry across 55 sectors from 2007 to 2021.The findings indicate a steady upward trend in the Position Index and Division Index,thus a continued boost in manufacturing competitiveness.With the random effects model,an empirical analysis is made on the path mechanism and effects of digital economy on China’s manufacturing global value position and division of labor.The significant positive impact of digital economy and economic development on improving the position of manufacturing in global value chain has been validated.Digitization and technological innovation exhibit heterogeneity across industries with different factor intensities.The upgrading of technology-intensive and capital-intensive manufacturing industries is significant.This paper elucidates the theoretical mechanisms through which the digital economy propels China’s rise in global manufacturing value chain.It is of policy significance to break through the dilemma of“low-end lock”of the manufacturing value chain.
