摘 要:目的探讨基于营养风险筛查的护理干预对原发性肝癌患者术后康复的影响。方法选择2022年10月—2023年10月医院收治的原发性肝癌患者72例作为研究对象,按照组间基线资料具有可比性原则分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组实施常规营养方案,观察组利用I-FEED量表进行营养风险筛查,再结合风险筛查结果给予患者针对性的营养干预。比较两组患者术后康复指标、并发症发生率,同时统计两组患者干预前、干预7 d后营养状况[血浆总蛋白(TPP)、前清蛋白(PA)和转铁蛋白(TF)水平],采用生活质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)对患者干预前、干预7 d后的生活质量进行评分。结果观察组术后康复时间均短于对照组,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,干预7 d后观察组TPP、PA和TF水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预7 d后,观察组患者QLQ-C30评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于营养风险筛查的营养干预对于原发性肝癌患者术后康复具有积极作用,能加快患者术后恢复时间,减少患者并发症的发生,改善营养指标,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on nutritional risk screening on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 72 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to the hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of comparability of baseline data between groups,to divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nutrition program,patients in the observation group were given nutritional risk screening by I-FEED scale,and targeted nutritional intervention was given according to the results of risk screening.The postoperative rehabilitation indicators and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Time,the nutritional status[plasma total protein(TPP),prealbumin(PA)and transferrin(TF)levels]of the two groups before intervention and 7 d after intervention were recorded.The quality of life of the patients before intervention and 7 d after intervention was scored by the Core Quality of Life Questionnaire(QLQ-C30).Results The postoperative rehabilitation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the levels of TPP,PA and TF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 7 d after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d of intervention,the QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Nutritional intervention based on nutritional risk screening had a positive effect on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with primary liver cancer,which could speed up postoperative recovery time,reduce the incidence of complications,improve nutritional indicators and improve the quality of life of patients.
