摘　　要：目的探讨影像科护士利用主动防范风险程序优化肺动脉血管成像检查方法及效果,分析主动防范风险护理程序提高肺动脉血管成像检查图像质量中的应用效果以及对提高检查一次性成功率及图像质量的价值。方法选取2021年1—12月在常州市中医医院影像科行肺动脉血管成像检查的98例患者作为研究对象,依据组间基线资料具有可比性原则分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予主动防范风险护理程序。比较两组患者心率变化、扫描时间、一次性成功率、图像质量以及不良反应发生情况。结果检查前5 min,观察组心率低于对照组,扫描时间短于对照组,一次性成功率(87.76%)则高于对照组(69.39%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者图像质量合格率(93.88%)高于对照组(79.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论主动防范风险护理程序在肺动脉血管成像检查患者中应用,可有效控制患者心率水平。在缩短检查扫描时间的同时,提高图像质量和一次性检查成功率,对优化检查效率与效果有积极作用。Objective To explore the method and effect of optimising pulmonary arterial angiography examination by imaging nurses using proactive risk prevention procedures,and to analyse the application effect of proactive risk prevention nursing procedures to improve the image quality of pulmonary arterial angiography examination as well as the value to improve the one-time success rate of the examination and the quality of the image.Methods Ninety-eight patients who underwent pulmonary artery angiography examination in the imaging department of Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,to divided into the control group and the observation group based on the principle that the baseline data between the groups were comparable,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given active risk prevention nursing procedures.The two groups were compared in terms of heart rate changes,examination scanning time,one-time success rate,image quality and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results At the 5 min before the examination,the heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the scanning time was shorter than that of the control group,and the one-time success rate(87.76%)was higher than that of the control group(69.39%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The image quality pass rate of patients in the observation group(93.88%)was higher than that of the control group(79.59%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of active risk prevention nursing procedures in pulmonary artery angiography patients can effectively control the patient's heart rate level and shorten the examination scanning time while improving the image quality and the success rate of one-time examination,which has a positive effe
