摘 要:双碳背景下,炼化企业面临由炼油向化工及新材料转型的迫切需求,众多创新性技术得到青睐,其中甲醇耦合轻烃技术是利用耦合改质作用,使轻烃和甲醇发生耦合催化作用,得到高附加值的化工产品,具有广阔的应用前景。由于甲醇耦合轻烃芳构化反应的复杂性,目前有关甲醇耦合轻烃芳构化反应机理鲜有研究。文中主要总结了目前甲醇制烃技术反应机理和轻烃芳构化反应机理,目的是为甲醇耦合轻烃芳构化反应机理的提出奠定基础,进而提供该技术研究的理论依据。Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,petrochemical enterprises are facing an urgent need to transform from oil refining to chemicals and new materials.Many innovative technologies have gained favor,among which the methanol coupling with light hydrocarbons technology is favored for its ability to utilize the coupling modification effect to make light hydrocarbons and methanol undergo coupling catalysis and produce high-value-added chemical products,which has broad application prospects.Due to the complexity of the methanol coupling with light hydrocarbons aromatization reaction,there are currently few studies on the reaction mechanism of methanol coupling with light hydrocarbons aromatization.Therefore,this paper mainly summarizes the current reaction mechanisms of methanol-to-hydrocarbons technology and light hydrocarbons aromatization.The aim is to lay a certain foundation for the proposal of the reaction mechanism of methanol coupling with light hydrocarbons aromatization and provide theoretical basis for the research of this technology.
