高压加氢生产白油及SBS填充油的工业应用

摘　　要：某石化公司新建2高档白油加氢装置采用一段高压加氢工艺生产食品级白油和耐黄变SBS填充油。设计过程中,对换热流程进行优化,总体节约能耗约9.9kg_(标油)/t_(原料)。通过对全流程的模拟计算,确定了冷低压分离器的操作压力为1.5~2.0MPa。反应部分采用白油加氢专用催化剂RLF-20,实现对原料的深度脱芳。2023年11月,该项目1次开车成功并平稳运行至今,产品指标优于国内同类产品。The new No.2 high-grade white oil hydrogenation unit of a petrochemical company,which adopted one-stage high pressure hydrogenation process,produced food grade white oil and yellowing resistant SBS filling oil.During engineering design stage,the heat transfer process was optimized,the overall energy saving was about 9.9 kg_(EO)/t_(aw materal).Through the simulation calculation of the whole process,it was determined that the operating pressure of cold low pressure separator was 1.5-2.0 MPa.RLF-20,a special catalyst for white oil hydrogenation,was used in reaction to realize the deep dearomatization of the feedstock.The unit was a successful commissioned in November 2023,products indicators are better than similar domestic products.
