摘  要:酮苯脱蜡脱油装置传统的1段脱蜡、2段脱油工艺技术路线,对于进一步提高脱蜡油、脱油蜡综合收率、降低副产品蜡下油收率已存在瓶颈。在酮苯两段脱油工艺的基础上,通过适当改造,实现1段脱油溶剂和2段脱油溶剂温度的分阶控制,进而实现1段脱油、2段脱油过滤温度和稀释及冷洗温度的分别控制,保证脱油段过滤机在最优化温度点运行,工艺优化后高附加值产品脱油蜡收率提高了0.5%~1.2%,石蜡熔点变化较小,脱油蜡可以满足全精炼石蜡GB/T446-2023中油含量小于0.75%的要求,提高了高附加值脱油蜡产品收率。优化改造后,1段脱油稀释比降低了0.1,2段脱油冲洗比降低了0.05,实现了降低脱油溶剂比,节约能耗的效果。该工艺优化改造工程量较小,具有较好的经济效益。The traditional one-stage dewaxing and two-stage dewaxing process technology route of ketone benzene dewaxing and deoiling unit has become a bottleneck for further improving the comprehensive yield of dewaxed oil and dewaxed wax,and reducing the yield of by-product waxy oil.On the basis of the two-stage de oiling process of ketone and benzene,through appropriate modifications,the temperature of the first stage de oiling solvent and the second stage de oiling solvent can be controlled in stages,thereby achieving separate control of the filtration temperature,dilution and cold washing temperature of the first stage de oiling and the second stage de oiling,ensuring that the de oiling filter operates at the most optimized temperature point.After process optimization,the yield of high value-added product de oiling wax has increased by 0.5%to 1.2%,and the melting point of paraffin wax has changed little.The de oiling wax meets the requirement of oil content less than 0.75%in fully refined paraffin wax GB/T446-2023,and the yield of high value-added de oiling wax products has been improved;After optimization and transformation,the dilution ratio of the first stage oil removal was reduced by O.1,and the flushing ratio of the second stage oil removal was reduced by 0.05,achieving the effect of reducing the solvent ratio of oil removal and saving energy consumption.The optimization and renovation of this process has a relatively small engineering quantity and good economic benefits.
