摘　　要：通过对氯化氢合成热量回收技术进行研究及改进,建成副产0.8 MPa蒸汽的氯化氢合成炉,配套采用自动点火、火焰监测和在线清洗等先进技术,实现了高品质蒸汽回收并提升了合成炉的安全性。By researching and improving the heat recovery technology for hydrogen chloride synthesis,a hy-drogen chloride synthesis furnace that produces 0.8 MPa steam as a by-product has been constructed.Ad-vanced technologies such as automatic ignition,flame monitoring,and online cleaning have been adopted to achieve the recovery of high-quality steam and enhance the safety performance of the synthesis furnace.
