摘　　要：介绍了稀硫酸提浓装置在生产运行中存在的问题,通过对该装置进行优化改造,降低了生产过程中的维护成本,大大提升了稀硫酸提浓装置的运行效率,保证了该装置的安全、环保、长周期运行。This paper introduces the problems existing in the production and operation of the dilute sulfuric acid concentration unit,and presents an optimized retrofit of the unit.The retrofit has reduced the mainte-nance cost during the production process and significantly improved the operational efficiency of the dilute sulfuric acid concentration unit.It has ensured the safe,environmentally friendly,and long-term operation of the unit.
