摘　　要：通过对电石渣除杂精制、活化焙烧、球团成型等技术进行深入研发,建成单套规模为70万t/a电石渣循环制氧化钙装置,并投入试运行。本文介绍了电石渣制氧化钙循环利用技术的关键技术点、工艺路线、生产成本和节能减碳分析。By conducting in-depth research and development on technologies such as impurity removal and refining of carbide slag,activation and calcination,and pelletizing,a single-unit plant with 700 kt/a for the circular production of calcium oxide from carbide slag has been constructed and put into trial operation.This paper introduces the key technical points,process routes,production costs,and energy-saving and carbon-reduction analysis of the circular utilization technology for producing calcium oxide from carbide slag.
