摘　　要：采用次氯酸钠作为氧化剂,对生产二氯异氰尿酸、三氯异氰尿酸母液中的氰尿酸及无机铵进行氧化分解,可降低母液中的总铵含量以达到生产烧碱的标准。考察了反应温度、次氯酸钠用量、母液碱度以及反应时间对母液总铵含量的影响。结果表明,优化处理条件为反应温度60~80℃,氰尿酸与次钠摩尔比1∶6.75,母液p H值11.0~12.0,反应时间2 h。在此条件下,母液中的总铵含量降至5×10^(-6)以下,满足烧碱生产的要求,达到降低烧碱的生产成本,实现资源循环利用的目的。Sodium hypochlorite is used as an oxidant to oxidize and decompose cyanuric acid and inorganic ammonium in the mother liquid of dichloroisocyanurate and trichloroisocyanurate production,reducing the total ammonium content in the mother liquid to meet the standard for caustic soda production.The effects of reaction temperature,sodium hypochlorite dosage,mother liquid alkalinity,and reaction time on the total ammonium content in the mother liquid were investigated.The results show that the optimized treatment con-ditions are a reaction temperature of 60~80°C,a molar ratio of cyanuric acid to sodium hypochlorite of 1:6.75,a mother liquid pH value of 11.0~12.0,and a reaction time of 2 h.Under these conditions,the total ammonium content in the mother liquid is reduced to below 5×10^(-6),meeting the requirements for caustic soda production,reducing the production cost of caustic soda,and achieving resource recycling.
