摘 要:[目的/意义]以中国高校研究数据管理推进工作组(简称“工作组”)9家成员馆近10年的研究数据管理服务实践为缩影,窥探国内高校图书馆在该领域的发展成就与瓶颈挑战,为未来工作推进提供有价值的参考借鉴。[方法/过程]以工作组2014—2023年会议纪要为主要数据进行分析,将相关实践发展历程以2018年为界划分为“探索准备阶段”和“全面实践阶段”,进一步总结9家成员馆在数据平台与资源建设、数据素养教育、数据政策和标准规范建设、数据服务与增值服务探索、数据服务能力构建5个方面的实践进展,并归纳提出4个主要发展特点。[结果/结论]对未来我国高校图书馆研究数据管理服务发展提出4点建议:探索开放科学、AI4S、教育数字化转型背景下的发展新方向;推动相关政策和标准规范的制定与发布;探索高校图书馆研究数据资产化和数据服务深入化;坚持开放合作策略,共建研究数据管理共享新生态等发展建议。[Purpose/Significance]This paper explores the research data management(RDM)services offered by nine member libraries of the China Academic Library Research Data Management Implementation Group(CALRDMIG)over the past decade.It explores the achievements and challenges faced by university libraries in this field in China,offering references for future development.[Method/Process]The analysis primarily focused on the annual meeting minutes of CALRDMIG from 2014 to 2023.The study divided the development of RDM into two phases:the“exploration and preparation phase”(before 2018)and the“comprehensive implementation phase”(after 2018).Additionally,the paper summarized the progress in five key areas:data platform and resource development,data literacy education,data policy and standard construction,data services and value-added services exploration,and data service capabilities building.It pointed out four key characteristics of these developments.[Result/Conclusion]The paper offers four suggestions for the future development of research data management services in Chinese university libraries:(1)to explore new directions in the context of open science,AI for Science(AI4S),and the digital transformation of education;(2)to promote the development and release of relevant policies and standards;(3)to explore the assetization of research data and the deepening of data services in university libraries;and(4)to advocate for open collaborative strategy to build a new ecosystem for research data management and sharing.
