摘　　要：目的:制定覆盆子药材商品规格等级标准,为市场流通时优质优价提供参考。方法:通过市场和产地调研,梳理当前覆盆子药材等级划分现状,采用传统经验鉴别与现代分析技术相结合的方法对收集到的覆盆子药材进行系统研究。建立覆盆子指纹图谱并进行相似度比较、系统聚类及主成分分析。结果:覆盆子药材分为野生品与栽培品两大类,覆盆子野生品果实较小。覆盆子中水溶性浸出物、鞣花酸含量均与果实大小呈极显著负相关,山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷含量与果实大小呈负相关。指纹图谱中总峰面积与果实大小呈极显著负相关。结论:建立了覆盆子药材商品规格等级划分标准,野生品为一等,栽培品为二等,栽培品根据果实大小划分为选货和统货两个规格。Objective:To formulate the grade classification standard of commodity specifications of Rubi Fructus,and provide references for high-quality and high-price circulation in the market.Methods:Through market and origin investigations,the current status of grade classification for Rubi Fructus medicinal materials was sorted out.A systematic study was conducted on the collected Rubi Fructus medicinal materials using a combination of traditional experience and modern analytical techniques.Rubi Fructus fingerprints were established for similarity comparison,systematic clustering and principal component analysis.Results:Rubi Fructus were divided into two major categories:wild and cultivated products,with the wild products having smaller fruits.The contents of water-soluble extracts and ellagic acid in Rubi Fructus were extremely significantly negatively correlated with the fruit size,and the content of kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside was negatively correlated with the fruit size.The total peak area in the fingerprint chromatogram was extremely significantly negatively correlated with the fruit size.Conclusion:The commercial specification and grade division standards of Rubi Fructus medicinal materials have been established.Wild products for the first grade,and cultivated products for the second grade.Cultivated products were divided into two specifications according to the fruit size:selected goods and consolidated goods.
